3、 Troubleshooting of weight sorting machine
1. Basic troubleshooting:
1) According to the instructions, is the setting correct.
2) Check if the plugin has poor contact.
3) Whether to disconnect or disconnect wires and connections.
4) Whether the screws and parts are loose or detached.
5) Whether the equipment components are damaged, burned, abnormally heated, discolored, deformed, and worn.
6) Is there any rust or dirt that may cause obstacles.
2. The connectors and parts removed for inspection should be correctly reset after inspection.
3. When the environment changes rapidly, lightning or voltage abnormalities, machine drops and impacts cause power supply abnormalities, and the direct cause of the accident is not caused by normal use, inspections should be carried out.
4、 Installation steps of weight sorting machine
1. Open the wooden packaging box and loosen the fixing screws and other devices.
2. Install the weighing plate (handle with care, be careful not to damage the weight sensor):
1) First, loosen the screws that secure the guide bars on both sides and remove the guide bars.
2) Loosen the four manual screws on both sides of the weighing plate and remove the belt pulley (pay attention to the timing belt when removing).
3) Remove the four screws that secure the weighing plate to the small steel pipe to protect the sensor, and take it out as the weighing plate.
4) Remove the screws (4 or 2), screw spring washers, and large stainless steel washers from the weight sensor.
5) Align the large stainless steel gasket with the holes on the weight sensor, then place the weighing plate on the stainless steel gasket, align the holes, and secure the weighing plate with the screws removed from the weight sensor.
6) Install the pulley onto the weighing plate and tighten the manual screws.
7) Secure the guide bar and tighten the screws.
